I am webdesigner / programmer and I am passionate about cinema, music and video games.
I am currently working on the Crash Bandicoot Returns project with my friend and colleague MacGivre.
Really good work!
Thank you for your support and enthusiasm! The rendering will be better when it is textured correctly. As some people have remarked, it looks a bit "plastic" at the moment.
Thanks a lot! :D
Thanks! :D I'm glad you like it!
Thanks for your support! :)
I'm glad you like it! :D
I hope too ^^ Thanks for your support! :)
Thanks a lot for your support! :D
This is a fan game based on the first original trilogy of Naughty Dog :)
For the final version we will have to be patient haha! But thank you for your support :D
Well as I discovered the engine I can not answer you for now but that is precisely why I want a programmer or at least someone who can properly use the graph of the Unreal Engine.
Haha! Yeah, it reflects too much. I have not really set the textures and visual rendering of Crash. Ditto for crates that will receive some visual enhancements.
But thank you for your support, it's nice! :)
Thanks a lot for your support! And no, Aku Aku is not finished, I search a texturer and some new modelers, animators and programmers :)
As I said to asus117, once the test level will be ready and will be playable Crash, I'll post a tech demo.
Haha yes, maybe it's too early ^^
What is certain is that as soon as Crash will be playable and we have developed a test level with few interactions (boxes, jewels, etc ...), I'll post the demo.
But as long as I would not have a team, the project progresses slowly.
Thank you for your support ! If you want to know more about the project and follow the progress more often, I invite you to go directly to the official website: www.poulpefaction.fr
The site is in French and English. I post regularly on the site, videos, images and additional information about the project and the problems I may encounter.
Thank you for your support and enthusiasm! I actually currently looking for people with very good skills because I want to make sure to have a strong and effective team.
But if you want to participate in this project, you can offer your candidacy when you feel you're ready :)
Thanks for your support ! :D
Haha ! Yes, I should perhaps make a video to show each box one by one ^^
Anyway thank you for your support :)
I gave the name of the group in a previous comment. His name is "Drudge". But he has no official group, he's just a hobbyist guitarist highly talented :)
In fact, I started the project on a slightly older version, before the CryEngine 3 will become the CryEngine. So much to say that there are serious differences between the versions.
But actually I downloaded the other day the latest version and it seems that there is much less bug. I'll try to save the project but I can not promise anything!
The development of Crash is not a race to success for me. What matters is that the game is good, beautiful and faithful to the original. I would have asked for help to other developers but I am the only one to use the CryEngine. Other uses UDK or Unity unfortunately.
But I'll try to find a solution to this bug.
Nice job dude ! ^^
The project still paused at the moment. I have personal problems to solve, so that I do not have time to work on the game for now.
I'm really sorry to disappoint you but alas, I am only a volunteer developer and not an independent developer. I also hope to find a solution to the problem related to entertainment game
But not knowing when I would find the solution (if I find it), I can not guarantee that the project will succeed. In the meantime I invite you to visit the Crystal Warth project. This project is a real gem and makes a sacred tribute to the Crash Bandicoot series.
Thanks ! :D I'm glad you like it ^^
Absolutely! But you're right to point out the similarity.
However, I want to create a game that is unlike any other. And if the gameplay may seem similar to another game, the atmosphere will be very different ^^
Thank you very much ! :D
I don't understand the relationship with Audiosurf. The basic concept may seem similar, but in reality it's very different at all levels.
Audiosurf is primarily a musical video game. Cyclical Circles is a reflex game. The music has nothing to do with the gameplay.
And concerning the speed, I explain in the article there are 4 difficulty modes. So about the difficulty it will be based on speed. So yes, the game will go faster, depending on the difficulty level chosen.
And regarding the passage in the green rings, I just work on it right now. On the red too :)
3d's max :)
EDIT - I finally find, it's Articy Draft. In any case it seems to be very powerful software :)
