Very nice model! Looking forward to texture work etc.
Maybe these can be exported to standard oblivion when finished, really hate the vanilla orcs in oblivion ^^

I must say, that you have really managed to capture dark and somewhat gray feel and look to the game. And thats really good imo! :)

The colors/saturation needs some adjustments imho(creates a unrealistic feeling), and are you creating new textures for the houses and so on? :)

Cant you get up the taskmanager by pressing ctrl+alt+del?
If you can you'd might be able to start explorer.exe by pressing "New Task..."
