I Hope you don't mean it's inside the jailbreak folder, because if it is, move it out and into the Sourcemods folder.

Good luck with this and i hope it teachs you alot about modding.
Everybody DOES have to start somewhere, a piece of advice though, don't post your first or second attempts of a mod on this or any website. atleast untill you have some solid progress to show.
