What would you like me to help you with? I haven't been doing all that much 3d in a time, taken a pause from all that due to school and other things. If it's some advice regarding 3d modeling, then I might be able to help, but if it's concerning the Renegade engine, like getting models to work, how to make a map and such, then I'm afraid I can't help you because frankly, I don't have any experience with that.

Sorry for the late reply, I haven't checked my moddb profile for almost a year. First I must say: Awesome models! I'm not sure if I can be of such big use, you seem quite experienced with 3dsMax and have already done both more and finer models than I ever did ^^' I'm still in school, though right now it's summer break which is really nice. I haven't really made anything new 3d wize, except a Mammoth Tank and a half finished Medium Tank for The Dead Six mod (which has since then been cancelled :/).
What happened to FC Commando? Well, here's the story:
About two years ago I began to feel that I just couldn't concentrate on doing 3d-models any more (school, social life and lack of interest played their roles in this), so I left the team and decided to take a break from 3d for the time being. SeaMan decided to put the mod on hold for unknown amount of time after that, because he felt that there just wasn't enough manpower to finish it (ah yes, the big problem with the mod was that team members came and left almost as soon as they had come, so no new assets or work could be gathered), and that's about it.
The only pieces of advice I can give you is to read tutorials, experiment with the different tools in Max and also to, if you feel like it, join some promising modification.
