I have a few more, but I've only played through DC once (mainly for the campaign fluff), so I'm not completely sure about all of them.

Honor Guard units seem to randomly disappear after winning a battle, even if they survived. This happened almost every time with my Sanctioned Psyker, who I had a habit of attaching to a guardsman squad and leaving in my base.
Tried not attaching him, and he didn't disappear that time.
Might have something to do with him being inside a building when I win. Still seems to happen sometimes when he's not, though.
Could be because I attached him to a non-HG squad.

There's a Tau unit standing inside the Communications Tower in the Tau stronghold opening cutscene.

My honor guard Hellhound became unrepairable after loading a save. Pretty sure this has happened with other vehicles too (including in Soulstorm), so it might be well-known and unfixable. I don't save and reload very often, so I wouldn't know.

The narrator skips the entire second paragraph of the Vandean Coast narration. Might not be fixable if the audio isn't available. Deleting the text just to make them match would not be worth it.

The Vandean Coast objective calls them "Manifactora". I don't know enough fake sci-fi speak to know if that's the proper plural, but I'm pretty sure it's not. I'm reasonably confident I've seen both "Manufactorums" and "Manufactora" in official material.

(Some?) First Company Veteran squads do not seem to be immune to morale on the SM stronghold map.

When selected, Epistolary Anteas (SM stronghold) is just called "Librarian". Same with the named Chaplain.

There were at least 3 Epistolary Anteas' running around at the same time in the final part of the SM stronghold.

You can still use the SM stronghold Orbital Relay building to launch orbital strikes even if the enemy takes the strategic point back. You can't click it through FoW though, so you have to get within line of sight to select the building and activate the ability. Seems awkward and possibly unintended. It would make more sense if you'd lose the ability if you lose the SP.

Mine Fields count for the Hyperion Peaks "destroy all buildings" objective. Kind of a pain in the *** to hunt down, especially if you don't have a lot of detectors.

Deimos: The passage just NW of your starting base is too small for a Baneblade, but doesn't look that way. Not a bug as such, but sort of annoying.
EDIT: Unless it's a pathing issue, I suppose.

To be clear, I have no problem with the Baneblade targeting different units with different weapons when on autopilot (as long as it does so intelligently), but when I tell it to attack a specific target, it should do that. Especially annoying when you're trying to burn down a HQ and it lascannons cultists instead.

Missing space in Living Saint dialogue when you attack the HQ area of the SoB stronghold.

IG Heavy Weapons Teams with the Autocannon upgrade don't have any listed Unit Counters when selected.
When upgraded with the Lascannon, it lists Infantry.

Graphical glitch with the Warboss' claws when he's dead. Not sure if it was a regular one or the campaign hero.

The spoils of war screen ("You have liberated/defended PLACE from ENEMY.") mentions "the devious Farseer Taldeer", rather than Caerys. Probably copypasted from Dark Crusade.

When the eldar base teleported away at the beginning of the stronghold mission, a group of eldar guardians remained and got stuck inside my HQ.

The sub-task for the "Destroy the Western Eldar Base" objective (Stop warp spider production) calls it the southern base.
Same thing with Eastern and northern.

The Baneblade manual targeting AI is annoying. If you select a target that is within the appropriate (max/min) range of all ELEVEN BARRELS OF HELL, it will still frequently spin around and target something else with all the fixed weapons. Only the main cannon and swivel/pintle bolter(?) will shoot at what you clicked on.

Getting into transports is a pain in the ***. You can (usually?) only enter from behind, but the AI doesn't seem to take that into account. If the vehicle is facing the unit, said unit just walks up to the front of it and stands there. This is less of a problem with squads (as opposed to single-model units) because they tend to crowd around the vehicle, which usually results in at least one model ending up close enough to the back to enter.

Eldar building tooltip: "The Avatar, and The Farseer." Capitalized "The" looks a little odd, in my opinion.

Some/all campaign honor guard vehicles (only tested with the IG) do not have the white honor guard indicator that troops do, making it harder to keep track of and protect them. Not sure if intended and/or engine limitation.

Knowing which units are garrisoned (as opposed to trained normally during a match) would also be useful, since you want to protect them as well.

Fatal scar error at the end of the necron stronghold (after the cutscene with necrons blowing up). Unpausing did not allow me to continue. Campaign-breaking issue.

Eres narration says "space marine against space marine", text omits the "space". Or maybe vice versa.

Looks like an extra space in necron stronghold recon archive. "In the heart"

The Necron stronghold objective calls it the "Chronometry Beacon".

Crashes during map loading, unfortunately.

Also, is vanilla mission 3 supposed to be this brutal? You hardly have a chance to tech to anti-vehicle weapons before they start sending trukks, traks and killa kans. Even if you do manage to unlock them in time, you won't be able to train enough squads to deal with both the vehicles and the ork swarms at the same time.

Do you have an ETA on that? I finally learned to fight the AI on normal without being humiliated, and I thought I'd play through the campaign.

A few things I noticed with 1.55:
*The necron army painter has a 'webway gate', which looks like the entrance to a necron tomb. Campaign asset that got included by mistake?
*Some of the commanders in the army painter are labeled '(Commander)', others are not.
*The necron and sisters army painter lists start with the builders instead of the commanders.
*The Wych Succubus is listed before the Wych.
*The Ork tank is inconsistently named "Looted Leman Russ Tank" and "Looted Tank", depending on the tooltip.
*There seems to be an extra space in the name of the various marauder bombing run abilities. The descriptions also don't begin with a dash (which may have been the case in vanilla, but looks odd).

You may want to write an article for every new release. Articles are listed above files on the main page, and a careless user might come away thinking 1.54 is the latest version.

Not sure what you mean by perks, but keep in mind that commanders can buy relic cap upgrades to get you over 1000. They're to the right of the level up button.
