You said that for release ships and technology start in ENT era. Does that imply that only ENT will be available at release or that later on you will be able to start a game in, say, TNG era?

The flood should be hard. I never really liked the pirates they were kind of annoying not that tough but would hinder you when sent against you; the flood on the other hand present a threat that is a challenge if you use them and don't target anyone so not unfair: to be honest I would like to be able to play against the flood with out enemy players for the challenge.
As it is I have maintained successful defences against the flood: form a choke hole planet that protects the rest of you empire from the flood world and but down a couple SMAC on outsides to destroy their ships(/captured ones) then flood the whole gravity well with anti-fighter fighters and maybe leave a detachment of flak frigates to protect key hanger bays.
The only thing I find with flood on is that they annihilate the AI so really I don't have to do anything

just have a gigantic fleet like captain shack did. They may be frozen for a bit but they'll still do lots of dmg. if you want send them in waves

so am i missing something or does the bajoran wormhole on the ds9 map go nowhere?
also played through feds and noticed they can build two starbases. is the second unlocked through diplomacy because it kinda looks like a merge of all factions? if not does anyone know what it is?

love the mod. my compliments to the detail of every single ship model: in game they look even more incredible than the screen shots shown up to release. :)

oh i love this: being able to compare all the different ships. Out of interest how did you generate the values for the weapon strengths because they aren't in game values (assume-ably more accurate)?

Also with the excalibur keep the hull and shield level upgrades like it had in 1.0 to make it tankier or will it just have those listed in the manual?

are there plans (/is there enough time) for another romulan titan? although i cant image anything trumping the scimitar

STO delta rising is out in just over a week,
civ beyond earth out in a few weeks,
star trek fleet captains: dominion expansion is out same time as civ,
star trek phaser universal remote out at the end of november.

theres absolutely no reason to go outside at the moment :)

they have said no multiple times as the STO ships design doesnt quite fit with canon ships design.
