How republic could win this war if cis had more ships, better ships and immense battle droids??
The CIS never had better ships. The most commonly used CIS ships were just frigates and light destroyers such as the Munificent and Recusant. CIS battleships such as the one in the picture, were much more rare, but were also quite powerful and carried huge amounts of starfighters and battle droids. Providence class ships were more or less the equals of a Venator class star destroyer.
And quite simply, clone troopers > battle droids. Oh and don't forget about the thousands of Jedi the Republic has either.
The republic didn't win this war. The Empire did. The CIS was winning the war and it was only a matter of time before the Republic would surrender. However Sidious was more powerful then both the CIS and Republic and ended the war the way he wanted to.

The only reason why the CIS didn´t lose 2 weeks after the beginning of the war, is that Palpatine wanted the war to be long enough to realize his plans. Republic could have win the war anytime, but Palpatine didn´t let them.

that's not true, palpatine didn't always manipulate every aspect of the war, only if it seemed like one side was gaining a bigger advantage. IF u look up all ur star wars sources the CIS outnumbered the republic at least 10-1
Anyway, in the time of ROTS, the Republic was winning. See, the main CIS worlds (Mygeeto, Saleucami and Felucia) were taken, their new base was becoming Utapau, but it quickly got owned, and Mustafar was just a trap. Cato Neimodia was also taken, a vital planet to the Separatist moviment.
