I've had it crash in singleplayer on my 3070 rtx. I don't know what it does that but the crashes stop once you turn the graphics down to high.

it's a shame there's no way to modify the unit so it can fire at air but that its damage is pathetic and barely useful.

What's annoying is that rebel moncals are pretty OP in other star wars mods too. Intergrum lets them be invincible with their shield ability and Thrawns ascendancy has similar problems. The only real way to help you would be to ask what faction you were using and your fleet comp. Some factions benefit the most from capital ships (rebels, imperial, republic) others like CIS and Vong typically get more mileage out of their cruisers.

I absolutely how this mod better captured the weaponry that was in earth 2150. The weaponry in 2160 is a little less shooty then I expected them to be.

I wonder if that speed increase will help them against the correllian gunship. It's always irked me how the corelian gunship made alot of the rebel arsenal kinda obsolete in the base game. It had laser cannons to kill fighters/bombers, it had missiles that pierced shields and did a lot of damage, it was cheap and it was as effective as Y-wings and B-wings. It was also not targetable by the deathstar and hypervelocity cannons.
It could be worse, the republic could be under attack by those techno union *****.
