C&C4 should've been (from my experience in a single hideous match in Beta) the ultimate look at the diverging philosophies (both in unit design and doctrine) between all factions: the Brotherhood's fanaticism, cybernetic supremacy and Tiberium mastery; GDI's combined arms forces, powerful sleek air forces and orbital superiority.

(Left out Scrin because I havent much to say to them, not out of spite but genuine lack of anything to say, heh).

It should've focused on the final showdown between advanced militaries with nigh-unimaginable technologies afforded by Tiberium on a dying world. It should've been about building your base from which you'd conduct your little war across the map.

Above all, it should've had the dark believability, the authenticity of (not pure realism, granted) of how things worked, operated and conducted its purpose... NOT the 'RedAlertification' that #4 underwent, nor the terrible animations that made me cringe uncontrollably that I rage quitted the Beta.

These are my opinions, but I think they are fair and just opinions.

I felt that the Centurion was supposed to be (should've been) an actual infantry unit...now horribly out of scale and proportion (one of the reasons I only played the beta once...x.x).

(in the event that sub-tech trees is pursued) If you choose not to select either the MoK or the BH, Nod players can gain access to Stealth Troopers (armed with laser rifles and replacements for vanilla Black Hand), and perhaps new mecha to bridge the gap between Scorpion Tanks and Avatars.

Anyway.

I'd like to see:
1)serious unit designs, not cartoony 'hahahaha, rolf RA3 with Tiberium' crap in cnc4; with a sense of scale between units and the environment.

2) Sub-factions (or unique sub-tech trees if its not possible) including the Marked of Kane, Black Hand, etc

3) Just a sense of believability in units and the dark themes that made Command and Conquer awesome. (imo)

Im finding the reformation of the USSR the most... well, annoying to be frank. I'd expect some sort of new Eastern Bloc to arise but not under the auspices of communism (which the USSR represents historically). I'd humbly recommend either keeping it as the Russian Federation (which absorbs central asia and eastern europe into itself as states) or come up with a unique name for it.

I played the beta, and to be frank I was disappointed, even heart broken (there is a valid reason coming up...). It was shocking and terrible, gameplay and unit design, respectively. All the more so because for half my life, I've been a diehard command and conquer fan and Kane Loyalist. To see Command and Conquer just be thrown down the drain is just...bleh.

But to be fair, it's my opinion.
