Quick suggestion, can you add an option in the skirmish menu so that only capital ships can create debris, or have an option to disable debris entirely?

Yep, I modified the values, put the file under data\leveldata\multiplayer\lib, and used -overrideBigFile, but it has no effect.

Is there a way to increase the pilot and officer limits? I tried editing the population.lua but that didn't work.
