CTD upon equipping IED. Other than a little occasional stuttering though that's been the only technical issue so far. Now if only I could get all my old skills back quicker...

Does this mean we won't be seeing a september release? I personally would choose that it be done slower and with top notch quality and I wish I could donate. I've always loved Misery, to this day it's my third favorite gaming experience and I've been gaming most of my life of nearly thirty years. Take the time you need.

Splendid. I'm very much looking forward to the 2.2 release. I've recently started modding (super basic stuff) and I've gained a whole new appreciation for the kind of work the Misery team does.

I'm glad to hear it. Misery does a pretty good job of keeping tedium to a minimum while implementing a good bit of realism and it manages to strike a good balance. I'm starting to wonder if these people who just don't shut up about it are trying to troll.

Sorry, I'm trying to create a new character. Just designed it normally and hit 'create' but it popped up with that warning. So I tried cheating myself max stats, same issue. The little indicators next to each skill (where you click to tag skills) is red rather than green/yellow (I sometimes have trouble differentiating colors) like next to the SPECIAL stats. Even when I just click 'create new character' or whatever they're just red... And yes, I have the latest version of the mod.

"All stats must be within valid ranges (not red) before starting the game." Is this your mod or Tactics? I didn't have this issue with the vanilla game. I couldn't find this issue with a google search or in the Steam discussion forums.

I can't get the key to spawn. I've activated the debug menu and I typed it exactly as you said in the comment but no key will appear. I've tried moving around to about six different spots like your instructions for how to spawn stuff suggests but it won't appear anywhere.

Hmm...no cause it was a fresh new game this happened with on my 2.1.1 install. Found those instructions on how to use the debugger. Thank you for finding the name of the key for me.

Much appreciated, but I'm not using quick or auto saves cause I've encountered save corruption before and learned not to use them with this mod. I'm not sure if something is wrong with my install cause I have played the game with this update passed this point twice before this time and the key has always been there. Thank you very much for your help though. I really appreciate it.

Fired up some Misery cause I couldn't wait for the update and now I've encountered a weird bug I've never seen before. The first container containing the first key and two documents on the bridge in Zaton aren't there. THe entire container is missing. THe second one is where it should be, but the first is just gone. I've tried saving and reloading it but I don't know what's going on. I've heard there are no console commands so I can't just add the key to my inventory. Am I screwed for the bloodsucker quest and its rewards? Also, dunno if this is similar but in Jupiter, Tomod I think his name is or whoever it is who leads the team of stalkers working for the scientists, his entire team is gone. No bodies, nothing. I never did any quests for them, it was just him there when I first showed up. At first I assumed they had been killed by some random chance but with the missing key too after I started a new game...dunno. Anyone have any insight?

Ok, so who thought it was a good idea to let poltergeists spawn in the X8 lab? I can't find the damn things and not only are they constantly throwing **** at me and my vision is tinged blue but I have that damned nails on chalkboard sound playing CONSTANTLY.

Thanks for the tip, however good psy protection isn't easy to come by. All those muties are blocking me from the fine tools so I can't upgrade the psy protection on my helmet and psyblock only does so much. I could deal with the controllers, the poltergeist, the psuedogiant, the zombies, even the chimera, but those burers constantly yanking my gun out of my hand is just a little too high on the difficulty scale for my taste. Especially since, according to stalker lore, burers are supposed to not only hate light but be harmed by it. What the heck are they doing out doors? Anyway, I'm not dissing on the mod, I love it, but this place is just way too much.

Why are there such a high concentration of mutants at the iron forest/helicopter area? Before, when it was just a controller and his zombies and a poltergeist, ok that's fine, it's harder than vanilla, I can deal with it. Now there are several controllers, burers, zombies, a poltergiest, and both a chimera and a psuedogiant. Can we tone that place down just a hair? The burers keep yanking my gun out of my hand and then I get two shotted by the chimera despite the exoskeleton reinforced with three layers of carbon steel plating.

So I gave Cardan tools and vodka, but when I try and upgrade my stuff it's still grayed out and it says 'add hints for upgrades' or something like that. Is this supposed to be happening? If so, how can I get the actual upgrades because I'd very much like to get some.

One of the helmet repair kits doesn't open the repair gui, it just vanishes. So far I've really liked the patch, no save corruption or CTD's yet, but for the love of god can anyone tell me why FIVE blood suckers come out to say hello after I gas the lair? Cause right now I'm trapped on a rock with five blood suckers running around and they don't come close unless I get off the rock and there's an emission coming! :D

When I try to get one of the durability upgrades for my exoskeleton the game CTD's. A few aspects of the game are a little game breakingly harsh, such as Controllers one shotting me (after taking psyblock and with a recently upgraded helmet to block psy attacks) through a wall. One shotting? Yeah I can deal with that, just get something between him and me, but that doesn't work for some reason. Another thing I'm noticing is that AI aiming is a little too good in some places. I'll take down a group of ordinary bandits only to find that all they had ever been hitting was my head (my helmet was the only part of my armor damaged). Often they would round a corner at the other end of a long building and instantly headshot me. Now, if these were advanced stalkers, mercenaries or even duty or freedom members, I'd just say 'well they must be trained marksmen' and just get on with it, but common bandit thugs? Also, I think it would be neat to be able to supplement repair kits with more than one item for each kit. If I'm using a nice weapon repair kit, why shouldn't I be able to use some steel wool and gun oil both with the kit? Anyway, just my two cents. So far, despite the fairly common CTD's, I've been enjoying the mod quite a bit.
