Nah it is actually just a photographic effect called chromatic abberration to make it look more photographed
I have chromatic aberration IRL after crappy laser eye surgery :'(

Just a render with daylight system in mental ray without any background (saved as .png) and the background itself is just pure photoshop skills :P
