Also, these things are pretty big, like you said. Anti ground and AA? or just one of these? Or will it be both + Anti Homing Missiles? (like the paladin laser)

Yes! I had to add some shadows to your type-96 for this reason ;) You're still easily the best of everyone on ModDB and most of people actually developing content for games.

The thing is that larger textures look worse in Generals (thanks to compulsory compression) at larger distances. Check if 512x512 or so gives a better result. If 512^2 is too small for a model - try dividing it in several parts with individual maps.

Description

First reason why I upload this is to host that image in a proper quality without crop lol.
Also I realized I propably have to exaggerate my textures for C&C ZH so they blend in better with the enviroment.
So basically I just upped my shading layers. Harder contrasts and so on.
I blame the old engine and its rubbish mipmap settings which are coded into SAGE :/
