you need steam or nonsteam (better steam, easier to delete if not working)
first u ahve to instal mod where u want, next go to install cartoon strike folder go to cstrike folder (i dont rememeber the name) and copy folder maps, models, gfx, sprites, sounds and all *.wad files to your counter strike folder (nonstem like = c/program files/valve/cstrike or steam = c/program files/steam/steamapps/<your login>/counter strike/cstrike)

u can copy all files but when i do that game is not working (on steam version)
