thanks for the feedback again. i like the new ones too (especially because of the futuristic, hard look), but you have to admit that its getting hard to realize the string is a "s" inbetween these fancy font-types. it's not as clear as in the first concepts, imho.

talked again to some friends what they think. they think the newest non-pixelated-versions (last image above) are cool too, but "overdone" - the important "string"-element is less important, the main font more attraction, which missleads. after a few hours not seeing them i can totally understand that too.
they also sayed that the unedited colours are way to bright compared to the overall colours in the mod, so maybe we really should go with the less saturated versions you mentioned.
so after incorporating all these facts and reviewing the image above the last one again, i prefer the newer pixalted font over the old one (the more clinched and simplified + real "squares" font). if compared to the old pixelated font i think the first one (you still like most) looks way to stretched... so i now prefer version 1 and 2 from this chart: S1.directupload.net
but it's your project, you have to decide. ;) tell me what you think.
just to be sure, here are some more non-pixelated font types that might also fit (wanted to show you these too, in case there's one among these which you'd like even more):

i am happy that you like the thoughts behind it - oh and respect for beeing an architect! my mom and my girlfriends dad is doing the same, it's a great but (in my opinion) also a hard job because of all that math and straight lines. i am bad at that kinda stuff! ;)
glad to hear that you like it too - especially that you dig the meaning! :) i reworked the concepts chosen by you again (first logo-font, but with orange/blue palette from second "mockup") and picked another "pixelated dot style" font... maybe even more fitting for a logo (more clinched and simplified + real "squares"). i rearranged the spaces and also did a desaturated version for both fonts (new one and old one). tell me what you think.

@shadowflar3: thanks for the kind words and that detailed feedback, seriously i appreciate it! maybe the font isn't working that well, i just had to stand against the "italic" style and "fineness" of the other concepts. you're right it's kinda lacking character, but thats one reason why i like it for this: i chose that pixelated font because all the people in that future are somewhat lacking character. augmented and technically evolved maybe, but lacking personality, humanity and something a machine can't produce: love. it's "faceless" but in its core there's the string which is changing that. i thought that would take a good part for the mods content and message (as far as i understood it till now - haven't finished it or played it for long till now) itself.
your question: the letters still have straight edges, to outline or cut the logo/font is no problem - but in my opinion it belongs infront of a very dark background... ;)
funny thing is at first i had the font in typically "digital green" and the "evolving stringpart" coloured red. but it felt kinda wrong so i switched them and after realising that the green sucked for its purpose i switched it in the "blueish" energy sort-of colour. BUT i am totally on your side: i think it's important to find the right colours for the logo, something that fits the "loud tokyo" style, bright alive colours maybe. did some more versions (also changed the font to see how the whole thing changes through that):
i think it's important to choose complementary colours for that!
to point it out again: i am happy to hear that you like the main details of the logo style, the idea behind the changes compared to the other concepts. felt good to do that, i learned ci and cd creation at university and worked several years for an ad agency but these kinda things are way more exciting then doing "real logos" ;)

two ideas: for the "stealth testlevel" it'll be awesome to create a night scenery for this. bright fullmoon, stars some clouds... stuff like that... that'll be done pretty fast i guess (chganging sunlight, skybox, light colours?) but add so much more atmosphere already for this task i think. ;)
for "the unarmed fight": make give the enemy idle gestures/animations if he tries to stay away... like tapping the ground with a foot very fast, or mocking the player with taunts. jumping backwards if the player gets to close should also look nice and then you won't have the problem with him not facing the player while moving backwards.

please don't get me wrong: you and shadowflar3 are very talented, these are great logos i just think they don't comunicate the "product" correctly...
@ myohyo: if you like the middle strand standing out to depict that something changed i would just switch the "colours" ("S" same colour then rest of the fontlogo), so that the "S" inside the string is better visible and you get your special strand.
thats an awesome logo, BUT it's not fitting the theme imho, way to clean, clinical, bright and pure i think.
