"the effects are not in-game" the effects seen in these teaser-shots would fit the mod so good in-game imho. would love to see these inside the playable build... you have to find a good coder or if you already have one: ask him to do it. :D

true, but maybe it's just that heavy here because it's a freezed image. looks different on the move i bet. anyway, i kinda like that dusty, steamy and vague extreme grainy look. almost like if the camera or "fiew" we watch through is really not the best and the world really not that clean. ;)
