Given that most of your models are WIP, I don't like a lot of them. However, this one stands out as being very, very promising.
Sadly not canon (The Laughing God still lives, unlike Khaine who was shattered into fragments that later became the Avatars.) but awesome nevertheless.
Clever use of the Dawn of War 2 Retribution models. I'm worried that their quality will make the rest of the models look less flashy though, because of compairison.
One of your better models, by far. Looks a lot like the Forgeworld piece I assume it was modeled after.

Your models are good, but not quite FoK quality I'm afraid. They look kind of out of place next to the FoK models. Still, I'm liking what you're trying to do and wish you only the best of luck with this mod! :D

I'm downloading this. I also referred a bunch of Youtube commentators that I know would be interested in a game of this type to your Kickstarter in the hopes of them providing you guys more coverage.
V2 all the way. Or, as has already been suggested, make it an upgrade.
So this is essentially the strategy centre on crack and steroids, except you don't get to switch plans. I like it!
It's all in how you play. Get a strong economy up early, and defend against a rush if you can! From there, play the game the way the general you're playing as would. For instance, as the toxin general, DROWN the map in poison and acid. Don't rush in, and always make sure you have both active and static defences that you manage carefully. (Unless you're the nuke general, in which case you only get active means of defence.)

MOST impressive. I dare say this is better than any other model I have seen in C&C Generals ever, including all mods.
Something tells me the Soviet AI for this level is a bit overpowered.
Does that even EXIST in 40K lore? Well if it doesn't, it should.
Is there any other way to communicate? Skype? Email? DeviantART? I have bad experience with Xfire, it runs really badly on this computer for some reason.
I'm kind of a good voice actor if you're looking for a voice for a bloodthirsty warrior or someone with a mildly British accent. However my microphone isn't the best, so it might take some effort or a new microphone to get some good audio, which may take time. Just as warning.
My scripting SUCKS and I only know Python, so although I do know a little bit of scripting I doubt I'll be very useful to the mod in that regard.
I'm a rather decent writer who has been known to handle war scenarios pretty well, especially if they have a fantasy, steampunk or sci-fi twist. :)
I'm also willing to test the mod for any bugs or imbalances it may have.
So there, that's the things I could possibly do for the mod. I have Summer Vacation right now, so for the coming weeks I'll have plenty of time.
"PPS: It is also possible to upload the latest build of this mod" So, does that mean that the current version will become available for download while you work on turning this mod into a game of it's own? That would be amazing. :)
Also, I'm glad you guys are keeping this thing alive through a new project! It'd be a shame if all the awesome concept art and models would've been for nothing.
Seriously, that thing is the best refinery I've ever seen in an RTS.
The Rhino looks...too small to handle such a cannon. Perhaps give it some deployable support braces, like mobile constructrion cranes have?
Because just one havoc launcher isn't enough! :D
This looks like the closest thing to a Soulstorm release of FoK I've seen so far, which is good because I recently lost my copy of Dark Crusade. I'm downloading this and playing it! Will provide feedback when appropriate.
Actually, if anything Chaos is even fewer in numbers and even more elite than the loyalist marines, because of their individualistic nature and many centuries spent fighting in the Eye of Terror. The cultists sound about right though, they're just meatshields, distractions and sacrifices.
Also, Ork vehicles are, for the most part, anything but tough. They're ramshackle scrapyards on wheels that are prone to all sorts of malfunctions. This also would make them cheap though.
But that's just my two cents as a Warhammer 40K fan and regular tabletop player.

Question: what is the advantage of server-side-scripts for the experience of the player? I'm curious what exactly it is and how it will help.
(If it gets technical: I've had some basic training on programming, specifically Python coding. I might understand.)

Though to be honest, I've come to speak English so fluently I now sound Brittish whenever I speak English anyway. >_<
