No because SKSE (Skyrim Script Extender) doesn't work with Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. The reason is that its 64bit and not 32bit like the original Skyrim. Here is what they said "Skyrim Special Edition has been released, and the original SKSE will not work with it. We are currently investigating the application to create a SKSE64 build for the Special Edition. This will not be a fast process. The update to 64-bits means a lot of investigation and changes. Much like the work that has gone into F4SE this will take a tremendous amount of effort. We appreciate your patience while this work continues. We have no timeline for a release. - the SKSE team 29 October 2016"

I tried this because it was recommended from the awards and honestly, this is horribly balanced. The Chinese have mortar trucks but the Black Hawk, and other units using special attacks, can only fire on ground controlled by the US? HUH?!!? The balance should be line of sign or spotted from another unit, not territory. The ground rocket units can take out a Bradly in almost one hit (literally 98 or so percent) but take forever to fix, there should be a penalty to fire those things so often or something else like munition costs, it was ridiculously one sided. The tech trees needed to be expanded, hands down, they are too limited as it is. The final complaint is the US cost MUCH more in resources and build time then their Chinese counter parts, this mod needs more balance, more units (US especially) and less restriction on abilities. I did find the capturing of an area intriguing and fun, but when China can spam units MUCH faster then the US and there being almost no defensive buildings, it's again one sided to the Chinese.

Overall I give this mod a 1.5 out 5.
