Fixed timer for COP-inspired inventory file - Kaidonni

I made a mistake with the timer - and didn't test it. After a quick check with ZRP and jumping to the CNPP to test with the Blowout that occurs there, I noticed that I'd moved the wrong section off-screen. This fix should place the countdown text in the correct place on the main HUD. This is for all versions, both widescreen and non-widescreen, and is fully save-game compatible. Sorry!
