Go to desura.com there you should find support email. Just email them with your moddb account and you should get to the Desura. I am not sure if they still send invites, but you can atleast try :)

That was they way I got my invite.

I haven't installed the mod myself so I can't help much. (I am going to try it when I get other games out from my way) So I don't really know what is wrong with it. Try reinstalling it?

Colored versions looks much better in my opinion.

I allways use SVN/GIT to clone my source to multitiple machines, for normal files I use Dropbox, for large files external hard drive.

I personally don't like to use forums as communication platform for development.

I prefer to have IRC, google docs (maybe google wave) as primary communication.

But forums could be good to have on back, but not as primary. It is in my opinion too slow as primary way to communicate. And for large documents google docs is better. (or some kind of private wiki maybe)

Teamspeak can also be very useful.

b) I pay once
c) I pay once, maybe for another time for <b>good</b> dlc.
