Is it okay if i port some of AP maps to AIX2?

Sorry i am not modding anymore neighter fo i play BF2 or have it installed, i sadly cant help you regarding anything related to this, i can only allow you to use the map!
sorry to bother you, but with a lot of headscratching and not much headway i need some help. i have added a few maps to alpha project and they work great but then i had to go and think " maybe there should be som pickupkits here". so the question is: how do i add pickupkits to maps? it would certainly make the maps more fun to play.
I solved it, i dunno how this fixed it but after i moved the ap folder to my desktop and back i suddenly could create pickupkit objectspawners in bf2editor...
I know you're retired, but you're the first person I think of when it comes to BF2 texturing. Sometimes when I export a texture it's resolution drops, even though I've increased resolution and DPI. Any techniques or tips you remember to keep details from shredding on export?
Hmm this sounds familia, i guess your using photoshop and the nvidia tools to export a texture to dds? Well i remember experiancing quality loss some time, try to do a clean install of both, ps and the tools or even try another set of the tools maybe this helps, sadly i cant gurantee it will help...
Thanks for the tips. :) Digging those BF1 screenies btw. I don't plan on getting any of the expansions, but I'm surely enjoying the eyecandy. Amazing piece of art the Frostbite engine is.
Hehe glad i could help man, actualy preimum was only 30 bucks a week ago maybe its still on discount, worth it every penny if you ask me if you dont have to pay the full price ^^
