For me it crashes on start up. I have reinstalled 3 times, same results.

I've played the game since day one, and never encountered this. The only point that heroes where that expensive was during the beta, and that was fixed. That's the point of a beta, to fix issues before the launch.

That's because you don't extract them. Put all 3 in a folder together, then extract just the first one and run the installer. The installer takes a while but it works.

Follow the instructions in the description exactly and it will work.

Will you guys add lances to the cavalry at some point?

For me it's like that till I zoom in close to them, then the full body appears. plus the Acolytes are completely invisible until you zoom in close. Other than that they all look great

Sting is an Elf made weapon, so yes it makes since to have +attack

Nvm I fixed it.

It won't let me play as the Twili, when I start it, it loads and I'm the Kingdom of Hyrule instead of the Twili

So glad this mod is still going! One of the best I think.
