I have just started studying on Mid Sweden University and has until now spent more time playing C&C:ZH than reading books. I belong to the group of people who like gaming but still not really got the talent. I prefer war games and my absolute favorite game is C&C Generals Zero Hour (to say I'm in love is not enough...<3). Other good games are Freedom Fighters, COD I, II & IV (+ MW 2 <3), Red Alert II etc. My favorite mods are CnC Europe and Shockwave. Scouting is a big part of my life (actually bigger than gaming :D) and I also like customized on special bikes like the CoBi and the Whike.

Hi!
I just want to make something clear: when it comes to programming or real modding I suck!
I have also had a strong tendency for game addiction so my dad shut me out of the computer when I was younger and I really like creative work such as making blueprints for bikes and mechanical devices so therefore I begun writing and drawing everything on paper. I did this so much that itself became a sort of addiction and I have a number of note books filled with units, missions etc.
My main focus has been on C&C Zero Hour but COD 4: MW and Freedom Fighters etc. have also been processed. I remember that I begun with drawing units, in particular naval units, for Red Alert 2 and when C&C: Generals arrived I thought that it was "impossible" to move from RA2 to Generals but it went pretty easy since I focused more on writing that drawing.
I have just commenced my university studies and should probably be regarded as an adult (what ever that means) but I have not stopped with this "modding on paper". I even burned the main notebook in an attempt to make a definite stop but failed and I just have to see that it is good for me, that it is not a bad behaviour and I suppose that I have to put the childhood guilt of (too much) gaming behind me and realize that gaming is a part of my life. Although it is not good for my day life to be up until 4 am on weekends gaming.
My modding dream is to add one (or many:) of my factions to ZH or campaigns to MW1 and MW2.
But I don't really know where to start but I suppose learning to make good concept arts is a good start although that seems a bit difficult too. I have got Photoshop so if I just spent some more time experimenting I should learn how to do it.
Well thanks for reading and have a nice time!
Yours, Joakim
