Drop the HC folder itself into the Half-Life directory, not the contents inside it, and then restart steam, it should appear in your library once it boots back up. If that doesn't work, go to the properties of Half Life and in the text box for Launch Options, type in "-game HC" without the quotes and launch Half-Life

I keep dying randomly on the moving platforms in stage three of the Climbing Tower, like I'd be standing still on the platform, waiting for the chance to jump to the next and then all of a sudden, I'd just die without anything touching me. It's hella frustrating as I feel like I'm soft locked as I can't seem to get past the part without spontaneously dying or falling to my death.

Game keeps crashing after map load. Plz Help

I've been waiting for this for awhile, and it's finally released. Definitely going to play the beta.

try putting -game sandpit(or what ever the name of the folder is) in the command line in the games properties in steam

Why would you need this if Sven Coop has full support with blue shift and opposing forces and the original half life allowing people to play those games with friends.
