I cant install the 3.1 x86 installer on my steam version of gta4! need help!

It does i have it an i installed the mod an it works ok.

Ok, i got that fixed it looks great, but now thew game will lock up after playing for a few minutes. i dont know what to do.

I'm having issues with the game. Itll run fine but i guess the skin or texture of the walls keep changing. is there anything i can do to fix it?

I'm having issues loading the game . It crashes back to the desktop after i start the game! Help!

When i try to start the mod the screen flashes like its going to start up but then it goes back to the desktop. I don't know what to do.
