Like ALL Full Conversion mods u cant put them in Custom stories because its not a custom story its a game on its own simple.
U put them in the game directory (redist) ALL files where your Amnesia.exe is and then u click on the bat file to start the game, Then just copy and overwrite the patches there too.

The secret keys thing was riddicoulous and of course i got stuck like a lot of people at the end.
Frankly i dont know why u got such a high score cause that and the constant slowmotion walking accompanied with annoyingly painful sound made it from a really good mod to OK 5/10.
