I need help I downloaded it from here then bgmod started to install it and so I went to my steam and its not there on the games lit and I have team fortress 2 so it shoulve work whats wrong?

this is a awesome game but I clicked download it downloaded it and installed it and I don't see it on steam but I have a Team Fortress 2
