This doesn't make the game 60 FPS, it just doubles the game speed. Sad.
Also, what the hell does "just reduce the game speed on the skirmish" mean. You can't just change the game speed in a skirmish match.

The Specter artillery is ******* overpowered. Any mission I play as GDI makes it neigh impossible because of the ******* things.

This is so bad it's pre-alpha. Tons of missing icons, text and it even breaks keyboard commands like grouping, one of the most useful ones. Terrible. Also, I can't find a simple way to uninstall it.

Is it possible to lower the volume of the music somehow? Adjusting it in the game menu itself doesn't help, the music is considered a sound effect.

Anyway, this mod as it stands, is a shameless theft from the Cinema mod, which also is much better. This was pure annoying to play, with bullet-time stopping at random intervals, and practically every death being a freezecam. No thanks.
