Class 2-A does have some hilarious characters though. Kubo-kun, Aiko, Yuuko and Shouko are hilarious. But the rest can go **** off somewhere.

Hi,

did you make sure you installed it to the right path? It should be :C/Program Files (x86)/SEGA/Medieval 2 Total War/Mods.

If you have the steam version, the install path is :C/Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Games/Medieval 2 Total War/Mods.

If you did these things correctly and it's still giving you issues try launching the .bat (from which you launch) as Administrator.

If it STILL doesn't work you might need the Kingdoms Launcher App (steam only I believe) which will, after you've installed the mod, launch the mod like a normal game.
