hey good job people, thief levels are no cakewalk
might have to install desura to see wassup soon
Does infestation convey any bonuses?
Can it be beaten back by destroying the nodes?
How do they cut them so evenly across lol
don't answer I know, it's a game xO
when pc version release??
You don't need 64bit. The game itself isn't a 64bit application.
CS Complete is smaller cus the modding scene for CS is a lot smaller (partly cus the game wasn't good enough) so less mods were made for CS, so less went into CS Complete.
Complete is a serie of modpacks, not mods. Pavel takes mods made by the stalker community and put them all together. Look at the pdf for a list of credits. He's done a good job of combining them in Complete 2009, those crop of mods came together beautifully. For CS it had a dearth of mods, and for COP the picks were not all the same quality.
Thanks dezodor. Stalker needs more alien-looking landscape like this cut content.
[i think these "+" and "-" things are just "i agree with your idea" or "nah i don't hink it's needed". :) ]
Ahh, yeah, if that were true dezodor there'd be no problems.
That's not what happens.
It's the most toothless opinionless hail-hitler praises that get a ton of mindless votes, and any little suggestion or deviance is voted down like blasphemy.
That's not effective or helpful commenting. That's mindless yesmen-ing, droning.
Everyone's different so they do the same thing, lol sure.
For the record I'm 85% sure it's not you este, cus you're talking, it's voiceless weak people who are afraid to be pointed out the obvious and be made clearly wrong, cus there's something going on here at moddb with the vote system that's encouraging this kind of self-victimization for these people, taking offenses when there's no offenses.
Alright, that's it. This is fkin enough. Nobody's gonna call it so it falls to me:
There's a fked up thing going on here at moddb, and that is every lil pussi is voting down even slightly criticism, even when it's completely constructive or pedestrian driveby suggestion.
^-2 votes so far, that's 3 mindless yes men. Explain yourself why my suggestion on top is threatening to you. Go head, you can explain.
I'm very impressed with lost alpha, only one thing - the ui is really old, outdated. Can we use the new and very nice ui from Narodnaya Solyanka?
The minimap even adjusts to your direction :3
Can you post the screen shot with the calendar?? :D
However geishas are from Japan, and it's an American movie telling a story about geishas of Japan.
If this can be released and patched up by November 2011, I see MOTY no problem.
keep the updates coming
amazing you guys still making changes
Who's that on the ground?
Finally there'll be fat stalkers in the zone??? ;D
This guy doesn't look like jet li.
Here's some pictures of different armors through out the eras.
Seem to be taken from a collected anthology by e6studio, which is renovating their site right now. The Three Kingdoms are there as well as various others. The Song Dynasty Armor is badass.
Best Upcoming Indie is the only category that blew me away this MOTY/IOTY, especially Monaco and Bastion.
Keep up the good work. If there's a beta I'd love to be in it.
Hmmmm 刀斧手 is an axeman, wikipedia points 刀斧手 to the Roman Lictor. Also the Chinese writing on the side of this page is kinda random.
And which era of Chinese history is this? Middle Kingdom's history is way too long not to specify an exact period.
Man I like the serious stuff... But sometimes I just wanna put my feet up and run around crazy and without a care in the world.
If it's serious it's gotta go all the way. And if it goes the other way, it's gotta be crazi like B-Party.
So about the Pripyat freeplay problem - got a solution?
This art reminds me so much of Cave Story.
How come it looks so much like it?
I am impressed by the indie lineup
These blow the upcoming mods away by sheer style & gameplay (well overgrowth more for engine), especially Monaco.
I want these 5 in a bundle.
After 158 I couldn't connect to servers again. I uninstalled it, gonna wait a few months to try again. It's a good looking game, just needs a TON of elbow grease to get it to run stable, and from there move on to the gameplay tweaks asap.
Instead of a hall of fame, which nobody will ever completely agree with, or agree with certain omissions, why not a "best of" award. Each game should have a "best of" or a few "best of" mods, depending on the size of its modding scene.
Honestly the really "influential" mods, we all know them whether we want to or not, they're already in the ether. There's no need for moddb to "enshrine them," it doesn't add to them any more. Instead I prefer a "best of" system for people to quickly look up their favorite game, whether large or small. Cus honestly, some of your hall of famers belong in this category a lot more than the "most influential which everybody knows by default" category.
For example: Max Payne Kung-Fu 3.0 - legendary mod, came and went before moddb's time so its presence on here isn't even official. It's literally the "modnum opus" for Max Payne, the one mod that stands atop any other mods. On the other hand, I never heard of Complex, don't care for Median XL, and don't think Europe in Ruins belongs on a list with the CS, NS, TF, DC, etc.
