As people may or may not have noticed, Broken Bonds has come grinding to a screeching halt. A lack of technical specialists and our project leader being indisposed by troubles in real-life presented a near-insurmountable obstacle. That said, not all hope is lost, seeing as the project may be revived at a later date (maybe, perhaps, possibly). We've still got all the assets we'd developed up to this point, so we'd be simply picking up where we left off.
In other news, I'm currently helping out with the Discovery dev team. As with Broken Bonds, I'm playing a relatively minor non-technical role, assisting with conceptual stuff, faction lore, writing and general PR. Also learning new stuff where I can - if I can expand my skill sets, I've an actual excuse for using up all their coffee. I've taken up the mantel of ensuring the Discovery ModDB page stays up to date and fresh with new material. Given that it was dormant for almost a year, we've got a lots of catching up to do!

Hello.
Could I know what in God's name happened to Broken Bonds?
Yeah, sure - we had a really severe shortage of technical modders. Modellers in particular were really difficult to come by, which made making further progress more or less impossible. When Captain Morgan then was forced to go offline for an extended period of time, we put the project into development hell (where it can potentially be retrieved from later on, if the mod's viable then).
