I have been looking over the game's license and it not only forbids the modification of files, but it also forbids use of tunnelling software like Hamachi! I have sent a email to one of the game's licensors just now to try and fix this. Since Empire Interactive is dead, I don't think theirs anyone to enforce the rules anyway...
Sorry, I have barely started the map editor. Development is on and off so don't expect anything too soon! The Launcher itself is basically finished but I want to wait until everything is atleast half working before I do a release.
WHAT! Just noticed this bit, "this will the the final release of GoF!, although we plan to release one or two patches after this release; this is the final major release of the mod. The GoF! team has decided to end development of GoF! and take some time off to enjoy the game and pursue other projects"
You're not going to ditch this for New Horizons I hope (even though new horizons is pretty epic)? Still, keep up the good work! ;) We be playing again after the long download.
To download the latest version (2.2 w/ patch 1) just go to Gamefront.com
You can also view it at Zombiemodding.com
Hope this helps everyone ;)

When launching the game it just comes up with Engine Error - unable to launch gameui. I have all requirements for this mod and 0.1 ran fine.
I haven't got onto that yet, sorry.
The easiest way to extract files at the momment is using Game Extractor then open data.bcp-> Watto.org
Warrior Kings Launcher will include also include a file browser able to extract and add files to data.bcp.
Hope this helps!

ooo...very nice
This is a pretty fun mod but just needs a bit of a polish up - and of course a server :P Keep up the good work guys!
Wow looking good! Any idea when we can get our hands on it ;) Just can't wait!
Just found this: Wiki.xentax.com
That will help tons!
This is alot harder than I thought - gunna finish my other projects first I think so I can concentrate on this better.
I think that is a bad idea as it makes it that little bit more awkward for server admins to get the files.
PLEASE, atleast release the source code for others to learn or build upon - public domain
Please atleast release the source code - aftermath source devs could find some of it useful.
Lots of development still going on...
Wow! Good luck guys - u made a great job on the mod, i'm sure this will be a great success aswell!
Last time I tried I couldnt get this to work under steam, does it work now or has it always?
I take it Nathan (maccadoolie) is your Coder. It says he was on 30 days ago. Don't any of you have his email?
Can we have some more pics or teasers please? :P Cant wait, this will be a epic mod. Things are sounding really good. Keep it up ;)
Any idea when Spring and (if) Evolution will be fully released on Mac OS X?
No Mac Support? That's a shame since Unity does support it.
Also, I know it would be quite a bit more work but have you considered making the game have a open world (like gta's world)?
But the big question here is - will it be a open source project or closed source - will it be a free or commerical game?
I've had a little with UDK but I've got plenty of other non-game projects going at the momment, sorry.
No mac version? :( If I remeber correctly UDK can compile games of OS X?
