Did you put the files into the bin folder? The dll files that make the change are in the bin folder not the gamedata folder.

I've found that sometimw when you load a save it seems to behave like you aren't wearing any armor. If you take it off and put it back on it often fixes the problem.

pretty sure that cutscene is a vanilla issue, I've always had issues with it. I'm not personally well acquainted with moving around weapons.

Hmm, it must have been in a pruvate message then. If I recall correctly you just delete a file named game_tutorials or something very similar in the scripts folder.

Well you've come up with problems I've never seen before. Feel free to send me a crash log and maybe on my day off I can give it a look see.

Its usually just a patience sorta thing. All of the ai has little lopps and stuff they physically make and it seems that while they are in the area outside the normal interaction point they will use generic lines like that to ignore you. I recommend waiting or coming back later, I think I usually grab the tools and never interact with them at all.

Dig back into the comments a few pages and I had a solution.

Its one of my favorite stalker series issues. Like piercing through the veil into another dimension. Like the zone is more layers than what you see. Goofy but still.
