Report RSS pk*bot - possible beginning?

Readership;

(Can I call all 2 of you a "readership"? hrm, does sound a bit odd...)
(Wow - amazed that the spell checker doesn't flag that - "readership" is a real word?!)

May have located the humble origins of the pk*bot that will be bundled with pk source 2.0 in a forgotten mirror of the old pub idgames2 ftp site.

The credits indicate the bot is based on reaper code, which I have always suspected of the pk*bot code after working with it. Though it also stipulates all bugs still exist, and I haven't come across any of the nastier ones (that I've noticed) with pk*bot...so the code (if it is the same) has been updated at some point. Plus that archive doesn't contain qc source - I checked it.

I calculate a 70 - 80 percent chance this is the origin of pk*bot.

If the person mentioned (Decker - heh reference to Blade Runner by any chance?) is the original creator of the pk*bot code, my hats off, and credit to you.
