not likely, during ww1 the tsar was still the ruler of russia. thats mostly why russia left ww1 before it was over, the internal unrest because of the horrendous casualties from ww1 caused them to rebel and become the soviets we know and love.

So...is this mod to give people cool looking maps to work with or what?

i've been watching this mod since it began. I'm usually a very patient person but this mod looks so incredibly awesome that I am growing tired of being over excited. It still looks awesome but i grow bored. Please release a beta of some kind soon. I fully understand the complications of creating, fixing, and releasing a mod but still my point is still valid
