Right now, it sounds like the spirits from Return to Castle Wolfenstein in the Crypt level, but a bit sissier. Please give them more of a demonic feel, possibly by increasing the volume, or just fixing up a few parts. Either way, still a good sound.

Not remotely similar? Well from the horrible quality video, and the limited information that i have (zombies in a city, such an original story line), I can only assume that this is a replication of Dead Frontier. Very few are going to buy this. From my experience, you only give games (in this case, your mod) a price tag if either

A) They have a large fanbase, and alot of people are expecting it

B) It brings something new to the table, even if you ARE an indie game dev

or

C) This game features jaw dropping use of the game engine that is being used.

From what I know, you haven't done any of these.

Gravity gun? Please, if you are planning to stick to the Half Life 1 story line, please remove it. The Grav. Gun plays no part in HL1, and certainly NOT with a H.E.C.U. trooper. Technically, it hasn't even been developed yet. You are going to ruin the Half Life universe.

Looks like an overly complicated version of Dead Frontier, with the same engine, horrible modelling and it costs 10 dollars extra. Waste of time and money, IMO.

I will explain this simply for ya'll. You DO NOT need HL2 - Ep. 2 to play this. However if you do have it, this next part does not apply to you. If you DON'T have HL2 - Ep. 2, you need to go into Steam and download Source SDK Base 2007 (located in the bottom of your tools folder). It is around 2.7 GB. Once you have successfully installed, extract the .RAR file you just downloaded, and extract (with WinRAR, 7Zip, WinZip etc) into your Steam\Steamapps\soucemods folder (that was my directory, it may be different for you guys). Once it has been extracted, restart steam and it SHOULD appear in your Games folder. If this didn't work for you, PM the developers of the game, as it is probably an internal error. This should work 10/10 times, if you followed all instructions.

Just wondering, will you be using Custom Weapon Models or the default HL2 weapons? I know it would be harder, but Custom Models would be better, I never liked the old HL2 weps (never had iron sights).
