Yay it's my Honeybadger :D
I have +1'd your +1 sir.
wait, what that mean?
Am I actually able to show the bump in 3D model in Paint.Net? If not, what is that picture on the right side from?
It's called "CrazyBump" and lets you indeed create textures in 3D environments, editing them in real time and seeing what you're editing :) this only goes for normals, specular, occlusion and parralax maps, not diffuse. You can't edit it like in something like PDN or PS
Expensive as hell but worth every cent if you're into creating quality art for games.
I always do my alpha channels in CS5
True, but I've also been looking at Quixel's dDo and nDo2 lately. Both combined look amazing. Might end up asking it for my bday! A single freelance license is actually not too expensive, sums up to be 348$, which is 'only' 266,06 euro's :)
