Latest Blog Entry

We're sorry, but no blog posts were found here. Boring yes, but as confucius always said - if you have nothing good to say, why say anything at all? Check back later, perhaps something exciting will pop-up and be worth blogging about, like season 3 of the teletubbies.

Speak your mind, rant about games, mods and the development scene, it's simple and who knows maybe someone will read it and agree. It will feel right!

Oh, and of course, you could always buy Valkyrie Profile 2 for the PS2. It actually got better reviews than the PSP version, and it looks absolutely gorgeous.

Global.yesasia.com

Although I'm sure you could find better deals, you should definitely get this instead, since you won't need to buy a whole new system for it.

Well, I heard it was pretty good.

However, on the PSP on Firmware 3.0 (coming soon), you'll be able to download a lot of these old Ps1 games and play em on there (they had a picture with Final Fantasy VII on the internet recently). Should be cool, and save you all that cash.

Isn't that the VP game for the PSP? Just grab it at any big retail store for less than $70AUS.

Here's a few online sites I found that have em:

Gameware.com.au
Global.yesasia.com (Free International Shipping)
Toys.kids.net.au

I'd probably go with YesAsia, since they seem the most capable, cost the least amount (Kids.net adds about $9 in shipping & handling), and it's free shipping. Here's their ResellerRatings site: Resellerratings.com

Honestly, it's like an embarking to the games of old. FF12 was actually pretty fun, and the storyline was nice and engaging because it felt much bigger and far more epic than the more recent titles. The whole European flair really put a nice spin on it, and elements such as the monsters and summons are much more stylistic and exciting than ever before (hell, you face a horse covered in flames early on in the game). You might be a little turned off by the realtime-based fighting that you'd see in any MMORPG, but there's so many ways to customize you and the allies around you any way you see fit that it's like taking that to a whole new level.

Honestly, it is definitely one of the last great RPGs for the Playstation 2 (until Dawn of Mana comes out next year, I hope), so you should really pick this up. It'll change the way you think of Final Fantasy. Either that, or reinforce your beliefs. lol

Sure have. I barely played Kingdom Hearts 1, but KH2 looked so appealing that I played through that. I also beat it, although I missed some worlds (like the Lion's King world, which is no biggie at all).

It was great. I loved the last battle. Very appealing. :D
