They said it's coming out Spring 2008. There's also supposed to be an announcement this May at the Square Enix Party or whatever it's called, about a new title in the series. I can't wait to find out. :)
I was reluctant at first after getting a PS3 due to the fact that there may not be any third-party exclusives on the system from now on, but after playing Resistance: Fall of Man (a great shooter you need to pick up since it blows the doors off of Gears of War), I can safely say that I'm happy I made the purchase. :D
Perhaps this summer (as in, middle of May until the middle of August), we can play against each other online on some game. ;)

By the way, why not just buy Final Fantasy Tactics on the PS1? It's only about $10USD. Either that, or grab a rom and emulator. :)
Well, what game systems do you own?
Lol, and I'll check out Elfen Lied when I can. I still have to go through Black Cat, Gun X Sword, Vandread, .hack//Roots (although I haven't really heard great things about it), and Full Metal Alchemist (haven't seen more than 5 episodes).
But I'll definitely get around to seeing it. If not at my dorm, then in the Anime Club at my school. ;)

I've been watching the Disgaea anime though (you can find it on Youtube), and it's very funny itself.
I never watched it, but I heard it was pretty damn bloody.
I'm about to watch Kenichi, which is basically a show about 15-year old kid who, to try and stay away from getting his ass kicked, joins a dojo so he can train to not get his ass kicked. It's pretty cool-sounding. :)
