Now great masters of Heretech SCAR code work on one very cool stuff for race and when it complite ... maybe ...
New version will be VERY VERY VERY cool .
1)Lot of new units , lot of new abilities.
2)Lot of Balance with other races.
4)Full teamcolorable army
7)New gameplay mechanics

Also i think you need use "Unification" mod. That's good mod for combine all new factions e.t.c
No one can't play Black Crusade mod , because mod not released .
But if you say about Dark Prophecy mod . Yes i play it , and lot of content i take from this mod.

About difference , another gameplay , another mod , also this is Stand alone Race mod .
Content - look it in game . Sounds , some models , FX , Voices , Icons , Taskbar e.t.c Another , different than in BC mod.
Also author of BC mod give me "agreement" to use his content in my mod.

you can see Berserkers have Random weapons.
Obliterators remove because they are rubish in new gameplay , and also we have Turrets now !
Marines don't need a buff , but in new version they have some new stuff ^_^ , and some units (For example Possessed and Raptors)
Also Obliterators remove from the Game.

This is global ability like Orbital Bombarment.
But i have some ideas for remade this ...
Actually ability is'n OP ...
Khornate's Armoury is analog of Tau's Research Building.
Cost and time stats 100% indentificy equal.
Berserkers have Very good damage and hp.
You build 1-2 pack and rush enemy , your enemy can't kill this ... impossible ...
You also add lord for this and game ending.
-Costs for T2\3 very balanced and it's ideal speed and cost.
-On new version on t1 added 3 researches.
-Weapon speed upgade in normal . If i reduce speed autocannons was be IMBA.
-No , berserkers very powerfull for it :)
- LP's Health it's races weakness . But LP's have Blood Pulse ability for Annihilation enemy's troops.
- Voices and Stats for Cultists remading in new version.
If you build Barracks , Gate's cost Increas to 475\100 .
But you can build Gate on t1 and don't build Barracks , and play with daemons
About voices . I can't do something with it , but i remade some voices .
About models . Yeah good opinion . But i have very small skill in 3d , and can't do something with it .
Also i don't use models with Rhino STC , because i don't like dow size of tanks.
If you have RAGE 1.0 - REMOVE
99% of peoples who instal mod don't have this trouble .
