Just a warning for anyone looking: This game is horrifically unplayable in its current state. It has promise, yes, but right now it's broken.

Yeah, I've seen similar reports elsewhere too. Removed from my wishlist. Thanks for the warning!
Very interested in this. Will there be a demo?
Thanks for the reply! Yeah, it looks like disabling vsync did it. No lag now, and framerates in excess of 30 which is more than enough for me.
It took all of 5 minutes' play before I bought the game, by the way - it's amazing fun!
Does anyone else have loads of mouse lag with this? I wasn't sure whether it was a feature but it's there on the menu too.
Thanks for your reply. I have downloaded the demo, I'll give it a try soon. :)
Hi everyone. Would someone please comment on the differences between CoE 3 and Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic? I've just discovered the latter and I'm really enjoying it, but CoE 3 has piqued my interest too. Thanks!
Definitely interested in this. Good concept and could be really fun if done right. I love the warp effect! Any chance of more videos showing other aspects of gameplay?
OK great, thanks very much for answering. :)
Can anyone tell me how open-ended this game is or isn't? Are we talking tightly-scripted campaign or complete open-ended, or what? Thanks in advance!
Thank you very much. I've been playing on Windows but would greatly appreciate being able to stay in Linux and play Lightfish!
Who says it's better? It's DIFFERENT. I enjoyed Fortix and now I'm enjoying Lightfish; is that OK with you?
Splendid! I just bought the game. Thanks for supporting Linux!
I think it's a fascinating concept, but to be honest none of the games in this particular bundle interested me so I didn't buy.
How many maps are planned to be in the final release?
