sorry for the mistake, tries to open Empire at War / data / text / to change the file MasterTextFile_German by MasterTextFile_English.DAT.
but to run a mod in english , you have to have the game in english, try to get the game in English.

you are using a version of Empire at War that is not English, you can access the mod folder, data, text, then change the file MasterTextFile ... language game ... DAT by MasterTextFile_English.DAT and ready
