In order to get the other spiders, you need Gorkil to be the king.
Because then there would be no replayability, this adds another depth to the Misty Mountain faction.

You say in the description that the ring system does not work. Is this because you are planning to implement something different, because Galadriel/Sauron are recruitable for me when I obtain the ring...

I believe this to be broken, but the team has said they will fix it in the next update, iirc...

You have to buy one of the upgrades to be able to recruit him, Turm der dunklen Herrschers it is called. Then once you have bought that, you should be able to recruit the necromancer for 0 resources.

Are you using the Hero submod?
For Mordor to get the other types of Barracks you need Der Nekromant, with whom you get to choose 1 domain every three levels, so at level 3 you get to choose one, then the next at level 6, and the last at 9.

Play the mod and you won't need to ask these questions... Umm.. Gondorian Archers are not gone, but are recruited at the barracks along with all other infantry. What Connor is referring to is how only Ithilien rangers are recruited at the archery range, which is why it should probably be renamed.

Is there a bug with this? Because sometimes if you get the ring and give it to Der Nekromant/Gorthaur before he's level 10 the Nazgul and Mouth of Sauron do not get their abilities when Sauron levels.
