This mod has everything the original Doom 3 lacks: ironsighting, leaning round corners, weapon awareness, lights on weapons, secondary attacks.

If you want to be REALLY PUZZLED, play this mod!
I had the first question as soon as I started the mod, and it was: WHO THE HELL AM I? xD
At first I thought the protagonist was a Combine soldier as he had binoculars, and the capsule seemed quite a big one suitable for soldiers, bigger than the ones for stalkers. When I saw the hands I thought he could be a Combine agent undercover, and later when the Combine started shooting at him and then captured him (why capture if they were sending soldiers to kill him?) I was even more bewildered.
In the second map I looked how to progress EVERYWHERE, climbed the crates and the fence to the top level in the mine, then picked off the loose tiles in the shower - nothing happened... BECAUSE THERE WAS AN UN-HIGHLIGHTED GREY KEY ON THE GREY BENCH!

The storyline is mysterious, the gameplay is quite OK, I recommend it!

If you're a fan of cyberpunk aesthetics and are ready to cope with the first 3 chapters (out of total 15) being kinda stretched, darkness and mostly vanilla Half-Life 2 enemy AI, weapon behavior and gameplay - this is a game for you.
The map design thoroughness and visual polish of the game is top-notch, the atmosphere and storytelling are quite captivating.
9 finger-thin beams to jump onto above the abyss of 10.
P.S. Upper intermediate level of English is necessary to have fun with the game, advanced is recommended.

Если Вы - фанат киберпанка и готовы мириться с растянутостью первых 3-х глав (из 15), темнотой и по большей части взятыми без изменений из Half-Life 2 интеллектом врагов, поведением оружия и геймплеем - эта игра для Вас.
Проработка карт и визуал - на высшем уровне, атмосфера и повествование весьма захватывающи.
9 балок толщиной с палец, на которые надо прыгнуть над пропастью, из 10.
P.S. Чтобы получить удовольствие от игры, необходим минимум верхний промежуточный уровень владения английским. А желательно - продвинутый.

This mod would fit my taste perfectly if it had more firefights, especially arena-like and medium-to-long range. I wish SDE's diverse arsenal was put to use more. The atmosphere is very immersive and detail level is just prominent.

Looks very promising! Graphics are well done, and the storyline is fascinating. Tracking ;)

With this mod, the good old sprite-based Doomguy is not only alive and kicking (literally), but a real Ripping and Tearing Berserk SLAYER that came to REIGN IN BLOOD and SHOW NO MERCY!!! \m/

I wasn't prepared for unforseen EPICNESS - that's the description applicable to ALL aspects and parts of the mod, from environments to story, from start to end! All I thought was: it's just something IMPROBABLY SPECIAL for a HL2EP2 mod with GF as a protagonist!

A must-play for HL series fans :) I love the concept and atmosphere...don't want to describe more in order not to spoil, the two words comprising the title really represent that feeling!
