Well done. I learned to program save/load features right from the start, adding each variable you need to save as you go. Much easier that way :P

I tried this mod, but as soon as I wandered about I found...green trees and ...flowers. Not twisted, deformed, mutant flowers. Colorful, pretty flowers! In the Zone? The atmosphere was far too cheerful for the Zone I know. I couldn't take it.
I'd like to try this mod again...but.....the flowers....
They look suitably sinister. Great work.
I must share the same S.T.A.L.K.E.R. philosophy as the devs, as many of the features people are criticizing are things I like about it. (The artifact system, the recoil, weight limits and such.)
Ignore the haters, I say. There are other mods out there if they don't like this one. Everyone has there own idea of what S.T.A.L.K.E.R. should be like. If you try to please everyone, you end up with boring games (See console games :P).
So keep it up L.U.R.K. dudes. :)
If I had one request, it would be for all SoC mods, it is not specific to L.U.R.K. That would be to tone down the spawn rate in the Garbage. It's immersion breaking to have to kill fifty bandits every time you go through there and have another group appear two minutes after you've killed the last. It feels like you are facing an *army* of the ************* not a few isolated gangs, and it really shatters the suspension of disbelief.
If I was a bandit and I found one, I'd use it!
Played 4 hours, and I have to say so far it is the definitive S.T.A.L.K.E.R. experience. You folks just made my favorite FPS *even better*. 10/10
Though I shed a man-tear for Random Blowouts, I can live without them, and the case for omitting them was well argued.

I can't say I've seen that happen. Bandits spray bullets everywhere with pistols. I just saw some Duty guys massacre a group of bandits near the gate to the Bar, as you would expect them to. :P

Looks great, but it ironic I avoided playing the original L.U.R.K. release and waited months and months...because I wanted the random blowouts implemented.
He has made is clear its not up for discussion...but, man, It's just not the Zone without blowouts!
