That's really cool! Can you make it so the bodies slowly cool after death?
How can you make a BF2 mod of this conflict. Wasn't the casualty ratio literally 100-1? I think it's a great idea, but won't most players get bored just sitting waiting to get blanket bombed over and over and over without any chance of retaliation?
Congrats of the release.
Endless waves makes the game feel a bit pointless. Why not have some kind of finale or boss fight at the end, like Killing Floor.
Ahhhh....WW2. Good to see a developer is finally giving some attention to that oft-overlooked conflict.
It is in Alpha, I mean Alphas are usually unplayable.
I wish Moddb wouldn't sent me an update notice just because someone posted a screenshot...
Awesome idea. You guys are nuts! Good luck.
I check back in ten years and see if you guys have a release :)
"If you one day decide to make a source-version of this, i would come to your house and carry you back to norway on a golden chair."
Got the golden chair ready?
Too easy :)
Anyone else miss the days when a game was praised, not criticized, when it slammed a wall of options at you right from the start?
"A game that lets you enter your very first fight sliding on the side of a building while firing guns akimbo deserves to be tried".
'its not really asking much'
Dude, thats funny. Clearly, you have no experience coding.
Fantastic. I love it.
It's not a sci-fi dystopia unless it's raining. At night.
Now I know where baby skeletons come from.
Dang. I am actually looking for mods that make artifact hunting in CS and CoP like SoC, not the other way round!
I wish spellcheckers were good enough that I could just think about what I want to type and mash the keyboard.
Sounds great. :)
If you've played L.U.R.K. you'd know it's all done in soft focus. :)
What is making the forcefield?
Next time, can we get a wall of text? I don't have thirty minutes. I need the higher information-density of text.
Looking for artifacts?
If we start thinking about that level of realism, you might as well blow up the game start over. What stands out far more to me is how close together the planets/moons are. Thats actually what stopped me playing Freelancer and go back I-War2, the tiny planets.
OMG why are you listing peoples emails?
You had me at 'Mega Cannon'.
Obligatory 'I said come in, don't stand there' refrence.
Congrats on the release :)
No. This isn't one of those mods that gets released. This is one of those mods that hovers on the edge of vapourware but never falls in, and just becomes part of the background of your internet life for decades.
Those things are so slow. Don't they hit like 60 with all power to engines? Look good though. :)
"Hundreds of doors, chests, desks etc have been locked in order to make it easier for the player to level up security." - Fixed :P
Those placeholders are more disturbing than any creatures in the game.
The Zone would draw people from all over the world.
OMG I can't imagine that happening to a project of mine. Losing the hardware is annoying... but losing data?!?!
I always back up my project to the cloud every day.
Did you read the description?
You're laughing now, but see in six months.....
I have spoken to a member of the OpenMW team, and they told me rag dolls are planned for some point in the future.
With modern graphical bling, removing a lot of old engine resrictions, probably a ton of other stuff and.....RAGDOLLS!
It still think it looks too broad, even for a broadsword. It's hardly the most ridiculous fantasy weapon I've even seen, but the Elder Scrolls games usual feature pretty practical looking weapons.
The blade is too thick in my humble opinion.
Why are you so small?
Is it powerful enough for you? Looks great for making quick and dirty games over a weekend or something, but I've used stuff like that before and I found I ran up against limitations pretty fast. Like, could you program your own physics and such?
What language are you building this in? I found inventory are fiddly but not too hard, don't be put off.
Always was my favorite ship.
I'm really loving the concept of this game, but I have to say I don't like the visual style. That other block based game is really easy on the eyes. The ships here are all hard to look at. I'm not sure how to describe it...it's too noisy? Maybe if the block textures had less detail?
Anyhway I like the game, I'm not hating here. This is serious criticism, cos I like the game and want to see it made better :)
I hope you get to play as the cats and other animals.
<sheds a man-tear>
I just got the joke! 'Block'ade Runner. lolz.
My favourite SW ship.
Use smooth stone rocks look ugly.
Christ. Whats the polycount on that thing?
Good stuff. It's not about making it look good, it's about making it look right.
Yeah, the only thing I'm not liking about this mod is the use of the old hand and gun models. They look really bad when you've been playing Complete or other recent mods.
I'm glad I'm not the only one sick of getting update notification for this stuff.
How long would it take to strip-mine an entire Minecraft world?
Well done. I learned to program save/load features right from the start, adding each variable you need to save as you go. Much easier that way :P
I don't think it would fit in his scabbard :)
How can you have never seen this ship before? I must have killed 500 in X-wing alone!
It's not overpowered...it's a freakin' vampire!
What he said.
Very professional looking. A lot of work has gone into this. Well Done.
They look suitably sinister. Great work.
Is this even possible in the Unreal Engine?
Not ******* bad for a twelve year old game :)
Those droids come with a warranty?
They are probably dummy commanders. They are for misdirecting human opponents.
