Speaking of beta testers, huge tip: always ask them to record demos of them playing the first time, it's GREAT, a lot more then any "beta report".
I knew you'll say something about the radio message, so yes, here's the problem; it was very hard to understand him at this point (I'd suggest you to add subtitles next time), you used ambient_generic instead of a faceposer scene at this point so his voice didn't paused exactly when I had to pause the game and didn't noticed.
Except of that, when the player is so depending on a radio hint make sure to replay it every few seconds, and so.
I had a similar thing in NH2 in case you played it, when Romero tells you to go back somewhere, you can check and notice he'll replay his hint every time you're back at his room.
But really, I'm not trying to bash you or anything, I'm just trying to help.
Also, I'm holding myself from saying a few other "bad things" because I know how hard is to make a mod like that (I worked on Nightmare House 2 for 4 years to make it perfect)
But if you want a constructive criticism from someone who pretty much made it to the point where he can notice anything that's need improvement tell me and we'll talk over PM.
I gave up in the mansion, having to run around with no f**king idea what to do drove me crazy.
Also, the lack of the ambient sounds made it even worst.
As a fellow modder I'd suggest you to beta test your stuff a lot more, in every single map I've played in the mod I ended up most of the time running around trying to understand what to do, and not because it was hard or challenging, but because of simply bad level designing.
I'll try to continue this once a walktrough or something will be up.
Also, why the hell did you disabled noclip?! to force people to get stuck?

With file size this big you guys should set up a torrent download.
I'd suggest you guys to change the name and some of the visuals, if you plan to succeed keep in mind that Activision will probably try to shut you down.

Dear freredarme, your mod was buggy, was full of content from other games such as models from L4D, sounds from HL1 and other games, was confusing, and the fact that you've released a "demo" of it was even more poor and unprofessional.
You are not even worth arguing with.

@neb24, the game is 7 chapters, the whole thing should take you 2 and half hours if you won't rush.
PS guys, started receiving the first feedbacks from the beta, surprisingly there isn't a lot to fix.
I'd just like to announce that I'm cleaning and packing up the mod folder, then uploading it to a few testers, when they finish playing NH2 is done.

You should just wait for NH2, it has the remake in it, that work, and CS:S is not needed.
I fixed it the same day it happened, a really easy fix.
