Could you be more specific? The only problem I encountered while playing the English version of the mod was the 1.3 patch making some missions unplayable... you need do download the 1.2 patch instead.

That's right. You get to play two missions as a CTV soldier (in Madrid and then Brihuega), but there are also some Italians from the International Brigades to be met in some missions.

Oh yes, there's plenty of new weapons in this mod, including Polish and Japanese rifles, French machine guns and a KNIFE ;-)

In my experience, the mod doesn't work well with the 1.3 patch. What you need to do is to re-install the game, then use 1.2 patch and install the mod.

"Select the executable file for COD2 "CoD2SP_s.exe" and creates a shortcut.
Select the shortcut you created and go to properties.
In the Shortcut tab, notice the line that says "Target" and add at the end the following:
+set fs_game mod1936sp_eng"

If this doesn't work, check if all files are there in the mod folder (there should be 11 .iwd files).

You can extract all songs from the two files in the mod directory: zzz_ModSP1936.iwd and zzz_Mod2SP1936.iwd. The files you're looking for are stored in the subfolder sound\music. Just use an archiver like WinRar, it worked for me.

Which language version are you playing? In my experience, the Spanish version is bugged, making some missions are impassable (like "The Pindoque Bridge"). I managed to finish the "Blood and... cold" mission in both versions, though. Have you tried playing on different difficulty level?

Anyway, I could record a demo and send it to you, if you're interested.

I'm sure you've managed to find the solution now, but there may be others needing help... I've just replayed this level and here's some tips:
The beginning of this mission is tricky and possibly bugged. To take down the first guard (he's from Guardia de Asalto - have no mercy), you need to wait until he opens the gate and lets the truck pass through. Then, you wait until two Reds appear, carrying crates (likely, it's some Russian booze :-) Now, it's time for action: you need to shoot the guard down as he's walking, not too soon (the booze boys will notice) and before he stops walking.
To kill the second guard, you have to act like a true Spanish Legionnaire: no hiding and sneaking, as soon as the door is open, you jump out and shoot him on the spot, before he pulls the trigger. If everything went well, you'll be able to proceed to the gate and take the courtyard.

I hope this will help somebody. If not, just post another message and we'll try to work it out.

I tried anything and still I'm not able to install the final Spanish version of this mod. Could you upload single files somewhere, like you did with the English version? I'd be grateful for that.

I encountered your mod a week ago and managed to beat both the 1st and the 2nd part of it... and I'm beyond words, one of the best mod I ever had chance to play. I can only hope that all is going well with the final version and you are going to release it as soon as possible. 10/10!
