Thanks! LAA is applied and the ini file is correct. I tried again later and I was able to enter c-sec through the stairs in the wards. The problem was when I tried to go to c-sec using the elevator in the presidium area. Maybe its just a random issue.

The specs of my pc are:
AMD Phenom II 820 @ 2.8 Ghz
6Gb RAM
ATI Radeon 4890

Hey, just starting a fresh run of ME1 with the new patch, but there's a problem when I want to go to C-Sec in the citadel early in the game. Just as the game finishes loading the map it freezes and goes directly to the desktop. Has anyone encounter this kind of problem? am I missing something?
