Recently retired Jersey Boy, I like RPG games with a good story, and prefer playing ranger/archer types, and battles where strategy/tactics trump brute strength. I also like playing as female characters. The way I see it, If I want to see a good looking muscular guy, I'll look in the mirror. I "speak" Alice (2.2 and 3.0 BETA), Java, Visual Basic, and C++, but it's been a while since I've written any code.

I agree with java-gaming.org that what makes an RPG great and lasting, is being able to have lots of control over the way your character grows from STAR TO FINISH. A highly customizable a character is an important factor in game design. If an RPG doesn’t have enough customization/freedom then chances are that it will be boring and repetitive.
While I am sure many folks will enjoy playing within the linearity of a predefined character, the more I read about Celeritos Eos, the more it appears as though the design will be too constraining to be my cup of tea, so I will probably take a pass in playing it; but that’s why they make chocolate AND vanilla.

I'm partial to blondes my ownself. I've gotten four or five real nice portraits from the IGN Vault that I use from time to time.

..."Blue eyes, goldish brownish hair and light brown skin" sounds like a winning combination to me!! And I'm sure the portrait will be stunning!

That is good. Being a big fan of Henry V, I've always favored the longbow. Also, I've been thinking, and while I appreciate that the player’s gender, name, and starting level may understandingly be important to the integrity of the story and game play, don’t you think that letting the player choose his/her class right from jump street, thusly being able to take full advantage of skill/feat bonuses etc, would tend to make the Mod more inclusive; consequently resulting in more plays and a higher degree of popularity?
Sort of like the “Rose of Eternity” Mod, where the player needs to be named “Aramus”, and be able to wield a great sword.

That sounds fair enough. Please don't forget to include some decent longbows and arrows for us "Agincourt" types. I'm betting this is going to be a series for the ages!

This is sounding better and better! I can't wait to "convert" Serena away from her religion, and be true to her hidden desires.
